FTB Launcher crash on Direwolf20

I see lots of posts with similar symptoms plus suggestions. I've followed some suggestions but am still having same problem where both the Launcher & Console windows close when launching Direwolf20. Logs on pastebin; several WARNINGS like "xxx does not have a MCVersion annotation"; one SEVERE [ForgeModLoader] Unable to launch; followed by java runtime error NullPointerException at cpw.mods.fml.relauncher.CoreModManager$FMLPluginWrapper.injectIntoClassLoader
Current environment = Win7 64 bit, Java v7.45 64 bit, RAM Option 3MB, install folder c:\ftb.
