FTB Launcher Crash - Magic World v7.1.1

Thanks Booker for your help here. Unfortunately still no joy following suggestions in http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/magic-world-startup-crash.13981/#post-161570.
Just finishes on a black screen.

Java Version 1.6.0_43 from Apple Inc.
Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b)

No problem...

Your java version that is being used is "Java version: 1.7.0_17"

Follow the link in my sig for updating Java, and follow the downgrade instructions.

I really thought I had the correct version of Java installed but clearly not. I followed your instructions to install Java 6 but it didn't work. On checking the version I was running it still said I was running Java 7.

To get rid of it I had to navigate to: /system/library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines
I deleted the whole directory and then was able to install Java 6. This might be useful for others who have trouble getting back to Java 6 from 7.

I then ran the FTB launcher again but it still didn't work. Here is the log: http://pastebin.com/by5C4wXJ

I'll try altering the Java memory parameters now I have the correct version running. Any other suggestions will be gratefully received.
