Title FTB launcher application only runs 10% of the time

Details of the issue When i try to run the FTB launcher it will open the process, but no window will show, it won't start at all. I cannot even choose any modpack because the window of the launcher itself won't work.
It was working fine until around 3 weeks ago. Now it only works sometimes when i restart the PC and try to run it. most of the times it doesnt open. No clue why...
