FTB keeps crashing after loading/creating world

Hey i was wondering if anyone could help me, every time i try to play on the FTB ultimate modpack it crashes. like i can get to the main minecraft screen but as soon as i create a world or try to play one of my previous worlds the game crashes....i've tried it on 2 different computers and still no help. ill attach the crash report if that helps
