FTB Item ID's

I am unable to find the Item ID's even though I think they are supposed to show?

I am trying to ban multiple Items that lag servers on my FTB Unleashed server.

Could someone tell me where I can get a list of all item id's or how to see them ingame?

If you do an ID dump from NEI it will creates a txt file with all the id's in use.
