Please don't post here, as this will be a place of reference for those who wish to help others solve their issues, or for those who have the desire to solve their own issues. If I have missed a thread pm me with the title "You missed one.", and post the link there. I will update at my discretion, and some I will not list if they don't meet my standards(e.g. How do I play FTB at school).

I no longer am going to search threads for solutions. I will only update based upon pms.

FTB will not download modpack, and/or launcher.

1. Antivirus/firewall blocking the download (this includes firewalls that are included with your routers).
2. Very slow internet, Creeperhost stops the download if it has not completed after 10 minutes. This is not an excessive restriction, as the downloads are not very large.
3. The Feed the Beast download servers are down. This actually doesn't happen very often, and when it does, the problem is usually fixed very rapidly.
4. The Minecraft Servers are down. You can't use the Feed the Beast launcher with a cracked Minecraft account, therefore, must be able to log in for your first download, or any updates that occur.

Solution:
1: Disable Firewall, or if router firewall download from somewhere with a stable connection.
2: Download from your local library, or somewhere with a stable connection.
3: Be patient.
4: Be patient.

Solution:
Under the Options tab make sure you allocate between 1gb of ram max and 5gb of ram max. Any more than 5gb of ram will be pointless, because even the best processor will not need more.

- In some cases when using 64-bit java in linux, the launcher will attempt to use 32-bit lwjgl files and fail to launch (this is a vanilla issue but has the possibility to be fixed by the launcher in a future release).
- The cursor may when clicking when there are no GUI's open.
- This may fix other various issues on all operating systems.

Solution:

Update the lwjgl files to 2.8.5 at http://www.lwjgl.org/download.php
- /bin/jinput.jar- /bin/lwjgl.jar
- /bin/lwjgl_util.jar
- /bin/natives/* (obviously only copy the files for your operating system)

The shutting down internal server just happens when your game crashes, an easier way than an NBT editor would be to simply delete your player data and spawn your items back in using nei.
