My arms are spinning like windmills and that makes everything buggy I don't know how to fix it or what causes the problem

I only downloaded the modpack over twitch at first it was okay and then when I logged in I just started spinning my hands and it makes walking buggy

It's probably BetterFPS. Try changing the sine algorithm to something else, that should fix it.
