[FTB Interactions] permanant Weakness II Slowness II debuff (solved)

I am playing FTB Interactions (singleplayer) and have somehow gained a permanenet Weakness II and Slowness II debuff (they keep reseting to 1 second when they hit 0 seconds).
I noticed the debuff after doing some Thaumcraft (making brass) and Astral Sorcery (building attunement multiblock) but it could have been anything in this pack.

Any suggestions on how to remove it or how to figure out what is causing it would be great.
