What does this do? I dont remember seeing it with the 1.6.4 packs, but i might be mistaken.

When you run the server.bat it will automaticly start that installer. The annoying thing is the eula on your first server xD
Huh crash? Eula wtf? Oh lol, sets it to true and done. Now just copy this eula everytime to you update the server and it starts the first go xD
