Details of the issue:

After updating to Infinity v1.5.1 I started up the modpack but after reaching the end of step 4/7, 7/9 3/3 the log showed what a matrix of numbers and then crashed. Sadly this happens to fast for me to capture a log. Java path is /usr/lib/jvm/java-8-oracle/jre/bin/java
game starts auto maximised disabled google analytic tracking.

Note that this is on ubuntu 14.04

Problem also occurs for the direwolf modpack v1.3.1

There is a logs folder inside your Infinity folder, post the contetnts of fml-client-latest.log or if it crashes there should also be a crash reports folder with a crash report.

Try and update your graphics card. I know its a bit late but that worked for me if you still haven't figured it out. = )
