FTB infinityEnder dragon spawn methods (no draconic evolution or biome o plenty)

Hey im wondering if there is any methods of spawning in ender dragon without biome o plenty or draconic evolutin in ftb infinity 1.10.1.
Ive heard alot of ppl talk about there is 1 method they can get 3 ender dragon egg per min out of it.
please if anyone know share it

Draconic Evolution is the only way I know...

If you just need eggs then you can use a bee to produce those.

For 1.7.10 (FTB Infinity)? Unlikely, as it doesn't exist for that version.
