Last night my FTB Infinity was working just fine but when I tried to load up my world today it won't load. If there is anything that may be causing the problem that I myself can think of it is my big reactor turbine still had RPM's when I save and quit last night. Although I wouldn't see how this could cause any problems.
I also have a chunk loader in the Twilight which could also be causing it but I also highly doubt it. As a matter of fact I had logged out of the world and loaded it back up later and it worked just fine. Even though I was standing right next to the chunk loader. I looked through it a bit myself and it looks like it has something to do with my BC quarry and the chunk loader.

Well it sounds like you've figured out likely suspects. chunk loaders or BC quarry. This is why you should backup your saves often. Personally chicken bones mods have corrupted my worlds more than anyones...
