FTB Infinity: Tesseract Energy Piorities

I had a big reactor reactor set up and was using it to power my base and dumped the excess energy into a laser drill. How I had this set up was just a tesseract at the reactor and one each for my AE system and laser drill and this worked fine.

However, since the last update, the laser drill has been prioritised and my entire base just shuts down unless I turn off the laser drill tesseract. I'm currently using enderio energy conduits and I haven't been able to find a priority on them like their item conduits.

How can I set the priority back so that energy goes through my AE system first?

tbh, if i'm going to divvy up power like that i'd use energy cells inline and put limits on the output for flow control.

Do this. Basically set up energy cells outside the tesseracts and limit power output to something acceptable.
