FTB Infinity Skyblock (No not expert mode)

• End portal: Not entirely neccesary no. Botania has ender air for one, but that can be done without. Actually, I may just install the hardcore ender expansion to make getting to the end the easy part.

What other way can this be done? I'm a bit stuck on Infinity skyblock where I'm playing on a server without end access.

You could go to an RFTools dimension and find a stronghold there. Though the portal won't open there, you can use blood magic teleposers to teleport the end portal to the overworld.

Though what I was trying to say in that quote was you can get by without using ender air. Sure there's a lot you can't do, but you'll manage without it.
