Problem FTB Infinity Server State Engine Error

Hey, guys. Basically I host FTB Infinity server and I play on it with a friend. But recent I have been having this error that just crashes or stops during the server launch. I have eula set to true, and I IP is correct and my Java is up to date but I have no clue why this is happening or how I could fix it. I'll copy and paste the server log below. Please, help. After months of no feedback, I just gave up on it and left the world alone. It seems to only happen to my latest back up of the world, the older one works fine but I lost lots of progress.
