My server provider recommended I post here after submitting a ticket.

There are no crash logs generated - only the console log.

I thought it was server side but they thought I didn't add the vanilla jar file with the FTB jar file into the jar folder but they are both there.

Provider is HostHorde.com

Background info: I did transfer the server files from a different provider.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you explain what have you done? What did you download and where, which commands did you run, why are you trying to start that jar etc

INFO Error: Unable to access jarfile /jar/Mod_FTB_Infinity_1.7_2.3.5.jar
Well that's correct because infinity's server files do not have jars named like that.

Ps. Your service provider really could not explain what that line means?

Jikuja,

I posted the wrong paste-bin. Apologies, it is http://pastebin.com/Lr4Xcsmm

I copied over the world folder from a previous server.

The provider uses multicraft - in the server setup you choose default and then put the name of the jar file - so I did that. I followed the providers instructions on how to setup the server for FTB which was to download the FTB server files, put the jars in the jars folder and the libraries folder into the jar folder.

After you mentioned something about the name of the jar file, I tried renaming it and working now. :S A little embarrassed.
