i can't use /home from the nether i get this error "You do not have permission to use this command"

You need to give yourself permissions through the console via essentialsgroupmanager. Or you disable opOverride in the group manager config

thanks oped my self then went the nether and gave permission to my self essential.worlds.yourworldname
