Problem FTB Infinity on multicraft, Missing libraries (I did read the guides)

I followed the steps provided by both myserver host and ftb on how to install ftb infinity on a server.
If you wondering what i all did:
Added the ftb.jar in the /jar directory
set the server to run off said jar
uploaded the libraries folder into the /jar directory aswell
i also uploaded the Config and Mods folder into the root directory
besides that the only files i have is a server properties file

I've checked the console multiple times and there's one line that stands out
"01.04 02:47:26 [Server] INFO We appear to be missing one or more essential library files."
Due to this i deleted the libraries folder and reuploaded it and still got the same problem so i redownloaded the ftb server files from the official site and tried again and the problem seems to keep happening

Nevermind, switched to an olderversion and put the library folder in literally every directory because i couldn't figure out where it wanted it so yeah.. anyways i got it working.
