FTB Infinity Lite 1.10 - Chunk Loading Ward

Hi everyone, I just started playing the FTB Infinity Lite pack for 1.10, and I was wondering why there is no recipe for the Chunk Loading Ward.. is it due to the version of ExtraUtils2 or is it disabled on purpose ?

I can not make a statement regarding the the missing recipe for the item you are looking for.
My best guess is that it is disabled because chunk loading is "free" now in recent FTB packs.
The mod FTB Utilities ( https://ftbwiki.org/FTB_Utilities ; https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/ftb-utilities ) adds a couple neat things, including chunk loading.
Open your inventory and look for a map symbol (titled "Claimed Chunks") in the top left.
Left click a chunk to claim, shift+left click to chunk load a claimed chunk.
If you are sharing a base with friends check the command list (ftb section) in "Server Info" (top left in inventory as well).

Is there a config option to swap this?
I don't want to have chunkloading to be free.
