Details of the issue:
Whenever I right click on anything with a GUI from a vanilla chest to my ME Terminal there's a 10-30 second delay before the GUI opens. There's also a similar delay between when I break a block and when the item drops. I've been messing around with the amount of RAM I give FTB trying to solve a different problem I was having and I tried a couple JVM arguments, added Optifine, and updated Java for the same reason. Somewhere along the line I began having my current problem, but I've since rolled back all the changes I can think of and the GUI lag's still there. Any suggestions?​

Got any 3rd party antivirus software on that machine?

I restored from an Aroma backup and it's fine now. I don't know if there's a better way to fix it.

If a backup solved the issue, then that sounds like the best solution.
