Details of the issue:
Microblocks, or redpower 2 I cant find if its removed or cant be on here, we would love to have microblocks installed to use the panels/covers to cover up wiring etc. The handsaw is in there but no blocks? Can't find any information on this anywhere. Thank you​

You should be able to craft panels, covers etc with the handsaw by placing the handsaw above the block in crafting grid. Some things like ME cables and buildcraft pipes use their own cover system. Unless I'm entirely mistaken there is a mod to hide the microblocks from NEI to prevent them from taking huge amount of pages.

What block did you try to cut? You have to use the right saw to cut certain things.
