Details of the issue:

I've been playing for a couple of days now on my friends server but it kept crashing with my computer saying that 'your display drivers have crashed but we recovered them' or something like that. so last night i decided to update my drivers in bid to end the crashing and now the launcher won't get past
"7/7 Loading - Completing Minecraft Initialization"
"1/8 Reloading Texture Manager - minecraft:textures/atlas/blocks.png"
"3/3 Texture creation - Uploading GL texture"

i saw this issue in another thread but none of the solutions work for me, i've downgraded java to 8.51 and i've tried deleting and forcing update but nothing will work. Any help would be appreciated​

Well you found the problem. Blame intel. There really is not solutions for this except using realy GPU or downgrading drivers.

I just downloaded the pack and having the same issues...is there a fix for this? I have the logs if needed.
