Details of the issue:
Hi. I need help. My friend can't play in my server because he have timed out after few second game. So I create new server on my computer with new maps and we have this same problem. I have my server on vps.​

Should be fixed in newer pack versions. My recommendation: install java 8 and try newest release

It's work. Before I had java 7, because I thought java 7 is better than java 8 for mc. Thanks for help :)
