  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Title:
FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock CRASH
Launcher Version:
I'm on curse voice but minecraft version is: 1.7.10 (modded) forge-10.13.4.1614
Modpack:
FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock
Modpack Version:
1.0.4
Log Link:
Details of the issue:
I got some power finally by putting down some survivalist generators. I also got a hobbyist's steam engine. When I opened the steam engine, It crashed. I got back in and when I opened the steam engine again, nothing happened. I continued to play until maybe 3 minutes later another crash. I logged in again and 3 minutes later another crash. I looked up the error and found a possible fix. I let minecraft and curse run in administrator mode. It worked for maybe 6 minutes this time but inevitably crashed once again.

Looks like there is an issue with some sort of anti virus, crashed java process, etc causing issues with multipart.dat

I would add an exception to your virus scanner or windows defender etc for the entire curse client or at least to Instance level:
C:\Users\Carter\Documents\Curse

If you don't have a virus scanner, etc. Try just rebooting the pc it could be a nasty stuck process from before that failed.

Same thing kept happening to me. if you're playing single player, try removing fastcraft. Worked for me

Something similar is happening to me as well. Most of the time I don't get a crash report. I believe that something is corrupting NEI data. I can delete my NEI world folder and it normally takes longer to crash. I removed NEI (and addons) for an extended period of time and experienced no crashes. I've also noticed that it will not crash after the delete if I do not use NEI to look up recipes. I can't confirm this, but I've noticed that the crashes typically happen after looking up recipes that contain IC2 components. I'm going to try removing fast craft. If that doesn't work I will look at AVG to see if the issue is there.
