Details of the issue:

Server not starting up properly, it fails after some mods don't load​

Some more info..
It's a server that was just bought and the only way to change files is through FTP, and the only way to start the server is through McMyAdmin.

Can't tell what the java parameters are by looking at that log. But I did find you are java 7. I would recommend contacting the hosting provider to see if they can update it to java 8. The other option is to manually set a larger permgen setting in the java parameters. But, I would try getting java 8 installed it is better on memory management and eliminates the need for the permgen.

They wouldn't update Java, but they did adjust the permgen and it runs now, thanks.
