Details of the issue:
I just updated the pack to the 2.4.1 and fails to launch, the same happened to my unstable pack a week ago, looks like it doesn't like me updating or something like that​

In the laucher settings, select force update and launch the pack.

Something tampering forge downloads or file access when classloader reads forge jars.
