So only IC2 ores can be placed into the Scanner for the Mass Fab this comes in a few problems, There is no way to produce Copper Ore, or Shiny Metal Because these do not spawn in the world. Shur i know Copper Ore spawns But its the Thermal Foundation one and the Scanner dose not accept it. Is there a way to ore Dictionary this to fix this?
 
I'm not an expert in this but after some basic research (I think) that the scanner can't do what you want. From what I can tell the only way would be if a mod existed that made uu matter numbers for the items you wish to fabricate.
 
Yes but the Ingots cost only .2 UU less than the ore and you can get 2 ore also that still dosent help the Shiny Metal thing
 
Use the unifier from minefactory reloaded and see if that works. The unifier is supposed to turn things from 1 mod type to another. so TE ores to IC2 ect. I can't guarantee that the unifier is in infinity because I haven't had time to check.
 
Meh I am late to the party but try smelting nether ore in an IC2 furnace and see if it spits out IC2 ore. I think that will work. (Unifier works if you have at least 1 of the item you want, I think).
