Hellow fellow FTB Minecraft Players,
I hope you have a good day totay!

I want to set up an IC2 Nuclear Reactor. I always used Nuclear Control 2 to build it safe but in Expert Mode you can not craft the "Reactor Sensor Location Card" and some other things which would be very nice to have. Is there an alternative in this modpack?

Greetings

Thank you for the information! It was a long time since I last played Minecraft, hehe.

Do someone know if there is a IC2 Reactor planner? I searched for some hours but could not find one. Either the homepage is not aviable or the files are not found.

I messed around with the IC2ExPReactorPlanner but I did not get any good results.
I want to make a NOX Fuel Reactor, does anyone have a setup at hand which would give me around 3000 to 8000 eu/t without exploding immediately?

I'm not aware of any designs that put out that much power. This is the MOX design I always run and it is the most efficient design that I know of.

800EU/t@16x (2 quad and 1 dual)

Make sure to set the temperature of all components and the hull both to 7,500 in order to get correct results. MOX reactors are run with blazing hot hulls and components that do not take heat from the hull.

These MOX designs are both I think @MigukNamja's
EU/t and efficiency are taken relative to an operating temperature of 75%, and both can be automated trivially using item pipes with filtered insertion and removal rules:

Here is my easily automated design:

640EU/t@16x (2 quad)

EDIT: I took a second and third look at @MigukNamja 's four double design that puts out the same power at the same efficiency as my 2 quad... His is superior to mine in every way. Never build mine just build his. Well done on that design sir!
