Details of the issue:

Whenever I try to play Infinity Evolved on my server it crash when I open inventory, chest or what so ever. Game loads normal and I can walk around, mine blocks, use commands, etc.

Yesterday I had no problems playing but everytime after restarting my computer the same crash appears

I've tried already
1) Redownloading Pack
2) Remove all player data from server world file
3) Remove NEI/cfg / NEI.dat out of .minecraft>saves>NEI>remote>(server ip)>(world_name)
4) In game /clear to clear inventory
5) update latest Java
6) update latest videocard drivers

Up on joining random FTB infinity evolved server I've no issues in the begin

Please anyone have a clue what causing this crash? I'm not that experienced in reading crash logs or how to fix it.​

Taking a wild guess, but have you tried updating your graphics drivers? It is a rendering crash from something related to NEI, maybe GPU related.

Yes, I've already updated my Graphic drivers to latest version but didn't solve the problem

Strange enough, if I join my own server and open inventory it crash but if I do the following steps it won't crash
1) join random FTB Infinity Evolved server
2) Open inventory in this server (yes, for some reason not crashing on this server)
3) Disconnect from server
4) Join my own server open inventory without crashing

Could it be my viewdistance from the server is to high?
Other players on my server do not have this problem

I'm not a MC (or mod) developer but I've been a developer for years in other projects and I know a little about dumps. You're log shows that the failure was at this point:
"codechicken.nei.LayoutManager.renderSlotOverlay(LayoutManager.java:719)"

Based on the name renderSlotOverlay, it seems like it's failing during the drawing of the grid inside the chest or whatever, (but I'm guessing by the name). I don't think there are any settings to change the way the grid is drawn, other than choosing opengl vs. directx ... maybe. If it's a graphics drawing issue then try not using fullscreen mode. IOW, click F11 to change it to non-fullscreen mode so that the window has a border. I read that this can allow the game to work in non-fullscreen mode. If it no longer fails, then that tells me that there is a problem with your graphics hardware or drivers, or something with your Windows system. What to do about it, if it turns out to be the cause... I don't know. Wish I could tell you what to do. But if fullscreen mode on/off affects it then it looks like it's a problem with the graphics hardware, graphics driver, or the system. It might even be a mismatch between your video card and the bios memory window size, like a lot of nvidia cards use. The card must match the bios memory window size. Mine is 256k I think, (or is it meg??).

FYI I might've stuck my neck way out when I jumped in to try to help. I wrote that stuff with the assumption that there wasn't a bug causing it because I have FTB Infinity Evolved 2.1.3 and I haven't seen this on my system. But it could also be a bug in NEI that only happens in some cases or on some machines AFAIK. I think I've said too much already, so maybe I should stop and let someone else try to help.

• What is the name of the world on the server?
• Server Plugins or Mods?
• Try:
  • Every time you are logging in fresh, go into a single player map and open your inventory. The SP renderer should not be broken and it should fix the renderer in multiplayer, but only for that session.
