Details of the issue:
I am trying to run a FTB Infinity Evolved server, and the server wont startup all the way. The server is 2GB, and i cant run the StartServer.bat cuz when i do the server says invalid jar (server host runs multicraft control panel). All help would be greatly appreciated.​

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

Contact the hosting company and ask them if they can increse the permsize. If they can't, I think you need to find another host.
