Details of the issue:
I'm able to load the word using FTB Infinity Evolved 1.7 2.2.2, but when upgrading to v2.4.2 it state 58 blocks are missing from Forestry (only able see few entry). After clicking yes the world tries to load and crash. When try load again, it also crash. The log file is the second try loading the world.

Minecraft is running from 6GB RamDisk with 3GB free. The software is from Dataram. I have ran old versions of FTB Infinity and modsuce 1 without problems.

Java: Java 8 Update 73 64-bit.(Launcher set to use)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-HD3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Ram: 32GB (4x8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3 PC3-12800)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Hard Drive: 250GB SSD (OS); and more HD/etc.
Operating System (OS): Win 7 Pro 64-bit​
