Problem FTB Infinity 1.9.0

So FTB Infinity 1.9.0 server.
Console is getting spammed continuously with an error code - http://pastebin.com/VTZfZBq1 - (Link wont be there straight away as it has to be approved.) and I've been looking through these forums for a few days now and not any fix for this problem with the mod-pack we are using.

Not sure if its the same Error causing this problem but many players are crashing in their bases with the crash code of "A fatal error has occurred. terminating connection" with no crash report on server-side or client-side.

Any help on this would be very useful

After many hours we located the source of this and reported it, its not just the console spam, areas will roll back and not save properly leading to duping of items.

We wrote a plugin to fix it, free to download in a link in the thread below.
