Try reverting to a previous version of EnderIO. http://ci.tterrag.com/job/EnderIO/414/
Open your Server folder, go to Mods, create a new folder called disabled, cut the existing EnderIO mod, paste it into the disabled folder. Download the previous version of EnderIO, and place it in the mods folder. All players will need to do this for their client data as well.
