I believe there is 2 many Java's installed at the one time but i have removed every version i have on my pc and just downloaded the new Java 8 64bit version and it still isnt working. I have Windows 10 and I'm not sure if there is another place where the Java is or if Windows 10 might be the problem?
 
windows 10 you say? because this makes me believe you are using windows 8.1

but more important is the error, although that may be related to it.
Your log has a lot of stuff to do with opengl and also this line:
org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated
So I think you need to make sure you are using the correct GPU drivers and update them if possible.
 
I don't think i updated the GPU driver for Windows 10 after i upgraded to 10. Whoops!

I shall report back when it finishes updating and i'll try launching it again.
