Where can i find server files for this? Is it even out yet? the ftb website just gives me 1.0.7

Though I would not suggest using it as it is not a recommended version yet. The launcher is your friend in doing this. Select the Horizon pack. Then click on the drop down menu to 1.0.9 and select it. Then click on the Download Server button next to it. This will give you the link you need.
