C'mon man, it's poor forum etiquette to bump a thread. If you're still looking for help, there is a huge subforum full of servers, look there. If you just have questions about a mod or item or block, feel free to ask in this thread or make a new thread if it warrants it.

Common error. This error is caused by another program keeping the file, in this case NEI.cfg, from being read by minecraft. This is often caused by an over zealous antivirus program. Please add the folder above in this case, 'C:\Users\joshuaw\Desktop\ftb', to the exclusions list of your antivirus program. Be sure to check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders'
Thnx for that I remember having to do that then I moved it into another folder so thanks again for your help
hi guys its me again I keep getting this crash report all the time ive added it (and all the folders inside of it) to my exeptions list in my antivirus but it still doesnt seem to work im not sure if thats the problem or not but thats what it was last time;

This is a little strange. Minecraft is trying to use a file from another user's install. See the second path above. You can try adding an exception to that folder as well. Though you should not have gotten the error for the file in the first folder. Did you add the folder path I first gave and checked any boxes that said 'include sub-folders'? Try adding both folders to the exceptions list. See below also please.
Is the second folder the one you are referring to here? The one that you moved it to? If so you might want to try a reinstall of the launcher so it is only looking in one place. Please follow this guide.
