FTB FPS PROBLEM

I am using Direwolf 20's 1.5.2 pack and am experiencing abnormaly low fps 60 and down in other packs i have run 130+
I have tried optifine, updating my java, and playing on low setting and max fps on.

Forgot to add i also get quick fps drops for 1 second here and there

Remove optifne and go here and add the jvm arguments to your ftb launcher.
