So I'm willing to update my list but I'll need people to find out the benefits of those food items. (Good to know I'm not just blind!)

If my memory doesn't derp up, TC3 nuggets restore 2 food points and the saturation seems to be comparable to an apple.

Thaumcraft Nuggets, as I mentioned earlier, can be eaten very rapidly, allowing you to fill up with minimal slowdown when desperate to start regenerating again.

Popcorn gives 2 points, I think, and gives about 5 seconds of the basic speed potion effect.
