Windows .exe FTB fatal error when launching mod packs

Hi Guys, just hoping some one can help me with this this is what I have so far:
Latest Java (recently uninstalled and reinstalled)
Uninstalled and reinstalled launcher
If it does get past loading up the mods it says it has encountered a problem [ failed to start game; exception in world tick]
It is not a mod issue it is an issue with the launcher

Says caused by Java.lang.ExceptionInIntializerError

Did you read the part underneath the guide? The 'Other USEFUL Information:' part?

(The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)

This error is caused by your AV keeping minecraft from accessing a file it needs to opperate in your case it is 'CodeChickenCore.cfg' If your AV has exceptions rules add the mod pack folder to the exceptions list and that should fix this error.

P.S. When you go through a guide or change something a new console log would have been nice.
