FTB / DW20 - no more XP from mining

Fairly straightforward question - My server is not awarding XP when people mine coal, diamonds and such. Smelting works fine.

Any advice on where to start looking? any config file or specific mod that could be the culprit?

I would check all the mods that have ores and can actually give xp.

You could also do some research yourself into the problem.
