I'm using Direwolf20 1.7.10 modpack

The issue:

The game only loads chunks around my area. In addition it will load an additonal row of chunks that is 1 chunk away from the rest.

Does leaving the game and rejoining help?
Well it is strange that only one row past the "rift" is loaded
 
Dude a zip file hosted on mediafire, no way in !"£$ am I opening that, load the images directly to here or imgur.

But if different chunks load each time it's(quite obviously) a chunk loading error, you know like we've had since forever. Download fastcraft, it should help.

Oh and use the damn thread.
