Mac FTB dont work

Could you please post a link to his console log. Have him follow this recommended setup guide. If that does not fix his problem have him press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console to paste his log. This will add a link to the bottom of the console where his log was posted, provide that to us. If the button does not work please post the console manually to pastebin like you did with the crash report.

What do you mean it will not let you re-install Java? What type of errors do you get? Please explain.
when i try to install it it installs but at the end it says installation failed because it encountered an error that caused the installation to fail
I do notice that you are running Java 7 and a pre 1.6.4 pack with lwjgl 2.4.2 on a Mac. To do that you need to update the lwjgl to 2.9.0. Look here to upgrade the lwjgl in the mod pack folder. Each mod pack folder contains its own version of lwjgl so you will need to update each pre 1.6.4 pack that you use. Substitute the '~/Library/Application Support/minecraft' folder for the mod pack folder. Which in this case should be '/Desktop/FTB/Ultimate/minecraft' if you followed the trouble shooting (aka recommended setup guide).
Edit: I apologize for not mentioning it sooner, but I did not know that you did not update your lwjgl and it is posted in the sticky about Maverick users here.

i tried to update it to 2.9.0 but it only let me update to 2.9.1 and that didn't work

Please post a console log not the crash report. Press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button after you try to launch the pack. This will create a link at the bottom of the launcher that you provide to us.
If the launcher/console closes make sure that there are check marks in the 'Show Console?' and 'Reopen launcher after exiting minecraft?' in the Options tab. Then restart the launcher this will let the settings take effect and when you close the minecraft window because of the error the launcher and console will reopen allowing you to press the button.

it doesn't show that button cuz the crash report is shown on the mac as minecraftlauncher quit unexpectedly
