FTB Doesn't Launch

I don't know why it doesn't, please tell me why. I have heard it is something to do with Java being outdated, but I do not know!!

Downgrade Java to version 6. Java 7 is screwed up on Macs.

Do note: since you opted to download a zip file from another person on the internet, Feed the Beast can no longer guarantee it is a safe download. (Do a virus scan.)

Edit: the problem you're having can be solved by following the link I provided, no download necessary. Apple changed the Java to work with their system, by doing this, Forge can't read it correctly. Your OS does not allow a simple downgrade.
