Problem FTB Direworld 1.0.3 instal.bat doesen't create files

Im trying to set up Direwolf20 1.7.10 server to play with my friends on a lokal network, from my win 7 pc. I read up and informed myself how to instal the server and so far im pretty sure i do everything right.

The problem im facing is that the FTBinstal.bat does not crate any of the files that are supposed to show up, like server.properties or minecraft_server.jar . I created a pasterbin of the cmd after i ran the instal.bat. My most likely guess would be that something is blocking the creation of thoose files, but until now i did not figure out what.

[SOLVED] Firewalls were blocking the files.

run serverstart.bat

it calls for ftbinstall.bat on it's own

i tried that already, without effect unfortunatly.

FTBinstal.bat doesnt make server.props or anything like that...the server it self makes them. i would start over and just run startserver.bat

Did that, but now i get this error. Seems like Esential libary files are missing.
