Windows .exe FTB DirewolfPack crash when start play singleplayer

hi guys when i enter in my world after 5 seconds the game freeze and crash. the window became black and i can't play FTB... please help me!

my problem is for a modpack problem...i can't create a crash report because when i join my world the game crash instantly, and the FTB's window became black or white

Does your console still show up and work? If so could you post a console log in debug mode to pastebin? Check the above link for help getting the console log and debug mode. If not then check your minecraft folder anyway it might contain the error log.
