Problem FTB Direwolf20 Server || State Engine Error

I have a problem launching my server in FTB Direwolf20 1.7.10 - I played in the server the first time but when i restarted the console server tells me this:

Help me please ;-) (sorry for my pronunciation but i'm italian)

something is already running on the server port so it can't launch

Sounds like you have the server still running and trying to start another
