Ftb/Direwolf20 Crashs when connecting to server!!!

When i try to connect to my friends server it crashes without showing the Minecraft has stop running notification thing.

Edit: i tried reinstalling and now my direwolf wont open.

I found out the second problem had something to do with 64bit java, i downloaded 32bit java and now i can run the game, but cant play single or multi player.

JVM Flags: 4 total; -Xms256M -Xmx3072M -XXermSize=256m -Xmx512M
Try removing that flag, it's limiting minecraft to half a gig of ram which isn't enough. Use 64-bit java.

I can't seem to find where the JVM flag is on ftb/direwolf can u help me with that.

Also when i download 64bit i crash while loading, giving me this error:
