FTB Direwolf20 1.6.4 with mocreatures 6.2.0 r3 crash on load up

Hi, im new here, I have been playing on the FTB Direwolf20 pack for about a month now and then seen the mod MoCreatures so i thought id have a go at that. I have installed Forge used the mod editor to add the two parts I need for it to work, loaded the pack up and it crashes just before the main menu loads. It works fine in the normal minecraft but cant seem to get it to work on the FTB version. I have searched around but can only find stuff from 2013 which in computer time is useless due to the versions being different etc.

Mo' Creatures 6.2.0 r3 is a beta for Minecraft 1.7.2.

What you want is Mo' Creatures 6.1.0, which you can grab as the second option at Mo' Creatures' official download page.

ok thanks what do i do about forge for the FTB

You don't need to install Forge again, it's already included in FTB packs as Forge is the universal modding API all the mods in FTB require to work.
