Well for one thing you have a few 1.6.x mods. Get the 1.5.2 mod versions and then we will talk about any errors you have. Right off the bat I see versions of Optifine and GuiAPI are for 1.6.x There are probably more. Check each mod you added or updated.

Assuming you don't crash with the unmodified pack/adding the correct versions of the mods, you won't need to provide a new log.
Presently, there is a LOT wrong with your setup.

I just tested it with my install of Unleashed and it worked without any errors. It is hard to tell the version numbers you have on the mods. Did you get them from minecraftforums.net? If not then try these pages, be sure to get the 1.5.2 versions. These are the ones that I just tested. Not sure if this is possible, but if you added any mobs yourself you might have to add them again using the 1.5.2 version files after deleting the ones you made previously.

The folders you have them in is okay just get the ones for listed below.
GuiAPI - already for 1.5.2

MoCreatures - Use the 5.2.5 version listed just under the 1.6.2 version.

Good luck hope this helps. Note I did not add Optfine, but that should not be the problems, though you should get the one from minecraftforums.net if you did not.

Edit: Just tested it with DW20 152 pack after realizing that was the pack you had. Same files and no problems.

This error appears to be with Logistics Pipes. Look here for more info. Hope this helps.
