FTB Crash on Launch

I downloaded the FTB modpack, several different ones (i.e Mindcrack, Direwolf20, etc.) to try to get different results.
I encountered the same problem on all of them.
I keep receiving this error when trying to start a new world.
Through trying to figure out how to fix the problem, I read about this "bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar" file in which I'm supposed to "download the forge libs and extract them into your .minecraft/libs folder". There was a link provided and I downloaded the file, but I cannot find the .minecraft/libs folder within the ftblauncher folder.

The launcher / modpack normally downloads the libs it needs, have you tries with a force update?
